Assessment Kickoff

SaaS Escape Report
Delivered at week 4–6A detailed report with go/no-go recommendation, 5-year cost comparison, risk ratings by dimension, and a phased migration roadmap if migration is viable.
Hourly T&M, 70 to 120 hours total. Scoped before kickoff with weekly hour reports and a documented change-control process for any scope changes. Includes all workshops, analysis, the written report, the working sample slice, and a 90-minute debrief call. Fee confirmed in the intake call.
